Return & Exchange
- If the product is broken or do not correspond with the presentation on Niji Online Shop, we accept return or exchange within 7 days with receipt.
- We highly recommend our customers to check damages and breakage when they received the package and provide photo prove to us. We will replace a new product to you.
- We would not accept any request for return/ exchange of used product.
- Return/ Exchange product must not be used and have the original label on the product.
